It's interesting that where, when and how we experienced our youth has indelibly marked our lives - the memories remain so vivid still! I think we were lucky. As for the reunions...the only thing better than working with the committee for the last 50 years has been the actual enjoyment of reconnecting with everyone at the events and reaffirming our bond for "the way we were". As for me...I went to Clemson University (graduated summa cum laude in 1968); got married to Alan; worked for IBM ((programmed 360/370 computers and sold them back in the day); went to U of M Law School and passed the bar in 1978 (had first son, Greg, while in law school); had Josh in 1981 and twins, Allison and Michael in 1984; got divorced; have twin grand kids, Will and Kate - great times! I am happy, healthy and very grateful for all the aforementioned...and for my next act, who knows?

It is hard to believe that we graduated 50 years ago. I honestly don't feel that old. I am looking forward to attend this reunion since I haven't been to one since the 20th. I thank the committee for their commitment to create a meaningful weekend for "The Class of 65"- Best Alive".

It seems like yesterday that we were going to Lincoln Road to the movies, ice cream at Dairy Cone on Washington Avenue or Juniors on Collins Ave. Oh, and those Ollie Burgers on 23rd Street !! Lots of water has flowed under the bridge since 65 and I can't wait to see everyone in November.
